The process is easy and our creative team will guide you through the four steps of your journey.

1. - Enquiry
Once you have made your initial enquiry, we will arrange a convenient time to either meet in person or speak over the telephone to discuss your requirements.

2. - Commission
We will be asking you questions like what is the reason you have been inspired to create such a wonderful gift, what are the interests, passions and life stories of the giver and/or receiver of the Memory Box. Imagine each Box takes on the personality of the recipient; great memories are intangible, but our Memory Boxes make them real and vivid. We will try to gently ease those evocative emotions and memories from you in order to create a possession of real meaning and beauty.

This can be achieved either with a visit by you to Wheathills or visit by one of our designers to your own home, or by telephone and email discussions.

3. - Creation
The creation of your Memory Box will only begin when, and only when, you are completely happy with the design and artist's impressions. You will be issued with your own private key code providing you with access to a secure page within our Web Site, where you will be able to experience the creation of your Memory Box via video, photographs and web cam footage taken from our Workshops here at Wheathills. There you will be able to make comments to the craftsmen and they will be able to answer any questions you may have.

4. - Completion
On completion, Provenance will be guaranteed with an official certificate signed by all those who created the Memory Box. This will hold all the important information for present and future generations to enjoy, including who commissioned the Box and when, why it was created and with what materials and timbers.
