A newly wed couple received this most unique of wedding gifts, their 'Own Story' memory box in celebration of their wedding day. A Memory Box created in Burr Walnut, strung in Boxwood and long grain Macassa. The perfect gift for a couple when an 'off the shelf' solution simply will not do.

The top of the box is decorated with a sunburst medallion of fiddle-back Maple laid into Black Ash and lined in Boxwood. Through the centre are the names of the couple in calligraphy style marquetry.

On opening the lid, supported by precision made Brusso hinges. the inside is decorated with a marquetry panel representing the bond between their opposite characters of masculinity and femininity.

The powerful Demag created in Dyed Lime, Arctic Elm, Black Ash, Natural Ash, Mahogany and Lati embraces a pretty high-heeled shoe of Dyed Sycamore and Natural Maple, encrusted in Swarovski crystals representing the love and affection they have for each other. An encrusted handbag of Dyed Sycamore and Latti is carried aloft by the Demag, depicting the Bride's passion for fashion and glamorous glitz with the groom's encrusted Breitling watch which is cradled in the bucket of his Demag.

The dial of the watch is displaying the time of 1pm and the date is the 17th (the date and time of the couple's wedding). All created in Black Ash, Dyed Elm, Arctic Elm, Koto, Lati and Sycamore.

The interior is fitted with an open tray of Oak and upholstered in fine suede and all is traditionally French Polished to a silky smooth finish.
